  • Can I cancel anytime?

    Yes you can. You can stop your subscription plan and recurring payments anytime. You can also delete your account anytime.

  • What’s your refund policy?

    If you subscribe to a plan and don’t want it anymore, we only offer refunds during the first 3 days of your plan.

  • Is my information safe?

    We don’t save your credit card info. Your videos are kept private - unless you share them. We will not share your personal info with anyone. Ever.

  • Can I change plans later?

    Absolutely! In fact, if you upgrade to a higher plan, we’ll deduct the unused credit of your current plan... as a discount towards your new plan.

  • How do subscription plans work?

    When you purchase, say, a Personal plan for $29 a year, we do 2 things:

    1. You get charged $29 right away for the first year.

    2. Recurring payments are set up for renewal next year.
