What kind of videos is the Blueprint theme for?

Blueprint is all about design. It invites you to architect a story with your photos and videos. Let's go back to the drawing board! This is a great theme for real estate videos, product videos and to showcase your last weekend project.

How can I add text to my video? How long can it be?

There are two ways you can add text to a Blueprint video. You can either create a Title Slide that will appear on its own, between photos, or you can add a Caption on top of photos.
To add a Title Slide, click on Add More in the top-right corner of the editor.
In a Title Slide, you can enter a block of text up to about 220 characters long. You can enter up to 5 lines of text.
To add a Caption, mouse over the photo you want to add a caption to, open the menu and select Add Text option. A Caption in Blueprint can show 1 or 2 lines of text for a maximum of about 37 characters. When you add a Caption to a photo in BluePrint, it will also take the first word of your text, and show it next to your picture.

How can I change the overall speed of the video?

Blueprint lets you choose the overall speed of your videos by setting how long you want photos to be shown for. By default, Blueprint shows each photo - or map or text slide - for about 5 seconds. You can give your video a faster pace with 3 seconds per photo, or a slower pace with 7 seconds per photo.
To change the overall pace of your video, click on Project Settings and select a different Pace, you can choose between Slow, Normal and Fast. This trick works with most themes.
