How do I sign up?

You can sign up to Stupeflix here either with your Facebook account, your Google account or by creating a Stupeflix Account. If you sign up with your Facebook or Google account, you won't need to create a password or a Stupeflix Account: just login with your Facebook or Google account when you want to access your videos.

How do I change my profile information?

You can view and edit your profile information from your account page. Your primary email address is where we will send you notifications when videos are ready or important updates about Stupeflix.

I already have a Stupeflix Account. Can I use Facebook or Google to log in?

Absolutely. You can add your Facebook and Google accounts to your existing account. This way, if you're already signed in to Facebook or Gmail, you're only one click away from your Stupeflix Account. Add and manage your login methods here.

How do I find my lost password?

Here is the link to reset your password (you will need the email address you created your Stupeflix Account with).

How do I change my password?

If you remember your password and want to change it, go to the Stupeflix Accounts management page. If you don't remember your password, you'll need to reset it here first.

How do I close my account?

To delete your account, go to the Stupeflix Accounts management page If you delete your account, all your saved videos will be deleted as well. It can't be undone.
